Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 annually

hirify.global is presenting a project management position for a manufacturing and engineering client.

What you will do

• Lead projects from initiation through production launch, aligning delivery with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and performance indicators for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Oversee tooling build, validation, and qualification activities.
• Coordinate engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, customers, and suppliers to ensure production readiness.
• Identify project risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in injection molding or plastics processing.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, materials, and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and using project management software such as MS Project, Excel, Wrike, IQMS, or DelmiaWorks.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with IQMS or DelmiaWorks.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
