Field Service Engineer (Packaging)

Location: Remote from Pennsylvania with frequent travel to customer locations across the Upper Eastern U.S.; travel required 90% of the time.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact across the Eastern region.
• Provide onsite training, troubleshooting, and testing for plastic, steel, and aluminum closures.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Manage schedules and service workloads independently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of mechanical knowledge or experience.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time and provide onsite customer support.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
