Skilled Trade Technical Service Associate III (Industrial Equipment)

Location: Remote within the United States, with the territory centered in Norfolk, Virginia; long-distance driving and routine customer site visits are required.

Salary: $52,760–$77,374 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing systems, leased dish machines, and related customer equipment.
• Support cleaning, sanitation, laundry, kitchen, housekeeping, industrial water treatment, and pool programs.
• Conduct site visits, monitor program performance, manage inventory, and support customer orders.
• Build customer relationships, provide equipment and product-use training, and address operational concerns.
• Meet service-level agreements, prioritize emergency repairs, and follow EHS policies and standard operating procedures.
• Complete service, installation, survey, visit, timesheet, inventory, and consumption reports using Salesforce FSL and other systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of field service experience maintaining industrial equipment and performing mechanical troubleshooting.
• At least one year of experience selling cleaning solutions or equipment to hospitality or food-service clients.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel long distances for customer visits.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting skills, and safe use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, operate independently, and support emergency needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Field Service experience.
• Food safety knowledge or NEHA, CPFS, or Serve Safe certification.
