Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Geismar, Louisiana, United States; onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Supervise inbound receiving, including documentation, inspection, and storage of incoming goods.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, freight carriers, and warehouse personnel.
• Manage replenishment and put-away operations to maintain stock availability and organized storage.
• Develop inventory controls, monitor receiving and replenishment KPIs, and reduce stock discrepancies.
• Train, coach, and lead warehouse personnel in receiving and inventory management best practices.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams while addressing damaged goods, discrepancies, and supplier non-compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of warehouse receiving, inventory management, logistics coordination, and workplace safety regulations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Forklift certification.
