Warehouse Operations Supervisor (Aerospace)

Location: Fully onsite in Ontario, California, USA. Monday–Thursday 10-hour shifts in a warehouse and production environment.

Hourly rate: $27.00–$42.00 per hour on W-2.

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, stocking, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and material handling.
• Lead warehouse personnel, set daily priorities, and ensure production schedules receive the required materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate replenishment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, shipping documentation, delivery tracking, and transportation issue resolution.
• Develop warehouse layouts, SOPs, and process improvements to increase efficiency, safety, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO practices, OSHA requirements, customer and government shipping requirements, and government property controls.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, construction, aviation, government contracting, or related operations.
• Experience with WMS or inventory management software, shipping and receiving, inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Forklift and pallet jack operating experience; ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, along with organizational, communication, prioritization, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check and obtain a Public Trust clearance. Most Crown positions require U.S. citizenship.

Nice to have

• Government contracting, FAA, aerospace, manufacturing, or construction experience.
• Experience managing Government Furnished Equipment and Government Furnished Property.
• Experience developing warehouse SOPs or supporting rack fabrication and electronics manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
