Location: Remote from Massachusetts, with residence required within the assigned region covering Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. This is a field-based role with approximately 80% travel and onsite attendance at company facilities required for training and meetings.
Salary: $187,000–$231,000 per year.

is a precision medicine oncology company developing and commercializing targeted therapies for genetically defined solid tumors, including therapies based on synthetic lethality and antibody-drug conjugates.
What you will do
- Lead pre-launch and launch activities for darovasertib in uveal melanoma across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory- and ecosystem-level account strategies for academic, community, and referral-based oncology accounts.
- Build relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare stakeholders.
- Translate complex clinical data, disease-state information, and product details into compliant educational discussions.
- Identify and optimize referral networks and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support patient access.
- Use analytics and customer insights to prioritize accounts, allocate resources, inform commercial strategy, and maintain required CRM and expense reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 5 or more years in oncology sales.
- Proven success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the United States.
- Experience engaging academic healthcare professionals in high-level scientific dialogue and managing complex oncology accounts.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for oral oncology therapies, with strong analytical, strategic planning, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Residence within the assigned geographic region, approximately 80% travel, and occasional overnight, evening, and weekend travel are required.
