Senior Solutions Engineer (Financial Services)

Location: Remote within the United States, with New York listed as the primary location

Salary: $171,000–$215,000 annual base salary, plus commission eligibility

What you will do

• Own the technical sales process from introductory meetings through post-sales customer satisfaction, upselling, and subscription renewals.
• Discover customer use cases and gather business requirements for hirify.global solutions.
• Design solutions using hirify.global technologies, reference architectures, and common patterns.
• Create and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for business leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Managers, Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to support sales and customer outcomes.
• Present product roadmaps and represent hirify.global through conferences, meetups, webinars, blogs, and other external activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, technical consultant, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience co-selling enterprise solutions to business leaders and technical champions.
• Experience with big data, data warehousing, relational databases, and at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of data engineering, data science or machine learning, enterprise operations, security, data governance, and Unix or Linux.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer-engagement skills.
