Solutions Engineer (DataOps)

Location: Remote (USA). Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Lead product demonstrations and technical workshops tailored to customer data environments.
• Define success criteria and guide prospects through technical proof-of-concepts.
• Map platform architecture and create diagrams, documentation, and reusable integration assets for modern data stacks.
• Lead technical onboarding, configure data connections, and support customer implementations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, investigate logs and APIs, resolve bugs with Engineering, and provide technical guidance.
• Share field requirements with Product and Engineering and collaborate with Marketing on technical content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data observability, and data governance.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to data engineers and C-level executives.
• Experience with a data consultancy or as a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer.
• Experience supporting customers across different time zones.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Snowflake, BigQuery, Airflow, dbt, Sigma, or Omni.
