Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

Salary: $121,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage small and large-scale commercial healthcare construction projects through all project phases.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
• Monitor schedules, quality control plans, project closeout, and timely completion.
• Negotiate contract terms, time extensions, and scope issues with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts with the Preconstruction Department and other company resources.
• Assign and evaluate field personnel, delegate responsibilities, and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Ability to manage multiple project management efforts simultaneously.
• Experience acquiring or contacting at least one new client.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
• A four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred; additional work experience may substitute for a degree.
