Healthcare Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager

Location: Lanham, Maryland, United States; 4–5 days per week onsite based on client need

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and a 401(k) match.

What you will do

• Independently manage the full scope of construction projects while supporting components of other projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams while managing schedules, scope, budgets, and client expectations.
• Manage project risks, contingency plans, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Serve as an owner’s representative by resolving issues, managing conflicts, and guiding client decisions.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage invoicing and collections, identify add-service opportunities, and conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction project management experience and a thorough understanding of building design and construction.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical-environment construction projects such as hospitals, data centers, or laboratories.
• Experience with MEP in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lanham, Maryland, 4–5 days per week based on client need.
