Senior Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role limited to applicants located within hirify.global hub markets: Louisville, KY; Washington, DC; New York City, NY; Tampa, FL; Cincinnati, OH; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Green Bay, WI; and Chicago, IL. In-office presence is required up to three days per week. Limited travel may be required based on business needs.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and work specifications.
• Monitor project progress and performance, resolving operational issues and minimizing delays.
• Identify and coordinate project resources, including staff, materials, equipment, and external contractors.
• Set priorities, allocate tasks, coordinate project staff, and communicate project status through meetings and reports.
• Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on technical approaches for complex project components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects end to end.
• At least 2 years of previous management consulting experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement within one of the designated hirify.global hub markets.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor with considerable autonomy.

• Experience managing HR tools and implementations.
