What you will do

• Lead owner-representative healthcare capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations, additions, and new construction projects.
• Manage project phases including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, move management planning, and closeout.
• Monitor design and construction activities for contractual, quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Manage project staff, responsibilities, financials, cash flow, cost estimates, schedules, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices.
• Forecast and resolve project risks, liabilities, conflicts, and complex delivery issues.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors while mentoring project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical renovation and owner-representative/project management experience in hospital, healthcare system, pharmaceutical, or laboratory projects.
• Experience managing at least $50 million in healthcare or related construction projects, including high-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques, concepts, principles, standards, and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Project and SharePoint, plus the ability to supervise, train, and develop staff.
