Scrum Master with Digital Assets (Fintech)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States

Salary: $130,000–$135,000 per year in Irving, TX or Jersey City, NJ, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Run sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• Remove delivery blockers and facilitate coordination across engineering squads.
• Track velocity and delivery metrics.
• Support onboarding of new engineers into agile ways of working.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Scrum Master experience in software engineering environments.
• Experience working with distributed and multi-geography teams.
• CSM or PSM certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with blockchain or fintech delivery is a plus.
