What you will do

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track sprint metrics and velocity, identify bottlenecks, and remove impediments.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple Scrum teams in scaled agile environments such as SAFe.
• Coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban practices and support agile maturity.
• Align delivery ceremonies with engineering practices including TDD, continuous testing, and CI/CD.
• Maintain project tracking, delivery metrics, and stakeholder communication using enterprise agile tools.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach in Agile environments.
• Deep practical knowledge of Scrum roles, artifacts, and ceremonies.
• Experience applying Agile techniques across projects with different sizes, complexities, and organizational cultures.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, VersionOne, TFS, Azure DevOps, or Jira Align.
• Experience working with product development and engineering teams.
• Strong servant-leadership, facilitation, conflict-resolution, communication, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC, or SAFe Agilist.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Test-Driven Development.
