Agile Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, with office attendance required 25% of the time

Salary: $88,000–$149,900 per year, with potential bonuses, incentive plans, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and inspire Agile software development teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive cross-team initiatives from concept through completion, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining transparency.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve delivery, planning, reporting, workflows, and decision-making.
• Remove roadblocks, manage risks and dependencies, and support consistently high-performing teams.
• Partner with Product Owners and leadership to prioritize work and optimize delivery outcomes.
• Use metrics and analytics to improve predictability and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
• Experience leading cross-team initiatives and facilitating Agile collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and other SDLC tools.
• Ability to coach teams, influence without authority, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
