What you will do

  • Lead and inspire Agile teams to deliver exceptional results while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive cross-team initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
  • Harness AI-powered tools to accelerate delivery, uncover insights, and elevate reporting and decision-making.
  • Remove roadblocks and champion team success to enable high-performing teams to deliver value consistently.
  • Partner with Product Owners and leadership to prioritize work and optimize delivery outcomes.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to guide decisions and improve predictability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
  • Experience leading cross-team initiatives and hands-on use of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Proficiency with SDLC tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance delivery, reporting, and productivity.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation capabilities with the ability to coach teams and manage risks.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
