What you will do

  • Define and own enterprise customer journey frameworks, experience principles, journey stages, and intended outcomes across channels.
  • Lead CX and UX design at the journey level by translating customer needs, feedback, and insights into experience outcomes.
  • Identify systemic friction points and design scalable experiences, patterns, and standards for use across brands, channels, and engagement teams.
  • Partner with brand, franchise, omnichannel orchestration, analytics, and optimization teams to translate journey designs into experience blueprints.
  • Represent experience design in cross-functional planning, influence priorities, and align stakeholders around customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including resource planning, performance management, and talent development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of customer or user experience design experience within a pharmaceutical organization.
  • 6+ years of experience leading people and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in customer journey mapping, service design, CX/UX frameworks, and complex multi-channel environments.
  • Experience with omnichannel execution, customer feedback, performance signals, systems thinking, and strategic storytelling.
  • Must be a US-based candidate and able to travel 20–30%.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree, such as an MBA or relevant graduate degree.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience with rare disease or specialty brands and their stakeholder dynamics.
