Indirect Purchasing Specialist (MRO, CAPEX)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Manage source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles for services, MRO, CAPEX, and related indirect procurement categories.
• Conduct RFx activities, prepare pricing comparisons, and execute contracts and purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, contracts, and long-term agreements while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, material code creation, contract reviews, acceptance processes, and invoice processing.
• Track KPIs covering cost savings, service levels, and on-time payment SLAs.
• Partner with vendors, Legal, Finance, and internal stakeholders, and lead procurement process training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience focused on indirect categories such as CAPEX, services, and MRO.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and identify procurement opportunities.
