Procurement/Facility Specialist (Retail)

Location: Carneys Point, New Jersey, United States; onsite at the QRC1 returns center

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 USD base salary per year; bonus and equity may be available for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy at 98% or higher.
• Create and manage vendor purchase orders, update inventory systems, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage vendor communications, payments, performance tracking, contract negotiations, and renewals.
• Lead small facility improvement projects and coordinate maintenance vendor visits and preventive maintenance.
• Forecast supply needs, support annual budget planning, prepare reports, and maintain regulatory compliance documentation.
• Improve operational performance by reducing stock-outs, procurement costs, and vendor compliance incidents while supporting 24–48-hour fulfillment turnaround.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional early starts or flexible hours for vendor visits, stock counts, or facility emergencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with returns processing, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with facility management or maintenance coordination.
• Experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or retail operations.
• Knowledge of sustainable sourcing and ethical supply chain practices.
