Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sports)

Location: Atlanta, GA; hybrid

Salary: $115,000–$132,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across the hirify.global Properties division on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify training and development gaps and determine appropriate delivery methods, including self-paced learning, internal training, or external vendors.
• Provide managers with guidance on coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, retention, and employee engagement.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, employee recognition, mentoring, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Assist with employee investigations, HR policy guidance, communications, organizational growth, integrations, and workforce transitions related to mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, with emphasis on learning and development and employee relations.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines and strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with an LMS; HRIS knowledge and experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and manage time effectively.
• Experience in sports, media, marketing, consulting, agency, client-service, or related fast-paced environments is strongly preferred; collegiate athletics, university, or Title IX experience is an advantage.
