Senior Technical Leader (Analog/Mixed-Signal IC)

Location: Kodaira, Japan; hybrid work with two remote days per week and office attendance Tuesday through Thursday

What you will do

• Provide technical direction as a global authority across multiple complex integrated-circuit development programs.
• Own critical design blocks from specification through design, verification, silicon validation, and production readiness.
• Balance performance, power, area, reliability, and manufacturability while aligning design intent with implementation.
• Guide simulation, integration, debug, verification planning, DFT, test strategy, and correlation between simulation, silicon behavior, and system performance.
• Coordinate design, verification, test, validation, applications, quality, and reliability teams across global sites.
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders while improving methodologies, documentation, handoffs, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of relevant analog and/or mixed-signal design experience.
• Technical leadership experience on complex IC or system developments.
• Degree-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle, system-level design, verification, validation, DFT, test, and production readiness.
• Ability to influence across teams, communicate in multicultural environments, and deliver quality under schedule pressure.
