What you will do

• Translate business priorities into learning initiatives that improve capability, execution, and client outcomes.
• Identify skill gaps through performance data, engagement insights, and stakeholder input.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and leadership development experiences using internal and external expertise.
• Manage learning systems, training data, reporting, and program effectiveness metrics.
• Build career paths and embed competency models into development frameworks, role expectations, and growth plans.
• Improve performance frameworks, calibration processes, and manager-led development conversations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or talent management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with learning management systems and familiarity with competency frameworks, skills-based organizations, or dynamic career pathing.
• Strong understanding of agency operations and how capability gaps affect client work.
• Experience creating development programs related to campaign execution, digital delivery, CRM programs, or analytics maturity.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and partner with HR, leadership, and functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday.
• Experience incorporating AI into learning design, including AI-generated content, adaptive learning, or personalized learning paths.
• Experience building scalable digital-first learning programs in a services-based or agency environment.
• Exposure to upskilling teams in AI, data, and digital marketing capabilities.
• Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments.
