Organizational Development Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of organizational development initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Assess organizational needs, identify capability gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities across departments.
• Design and deliver programs covering leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and talent retention.
• Partner with HR on succession planning, career development, training, and broader talent management processes.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities that support learning, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Use data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness, manage change, engage stakeholders, and address resistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as an Organizational Development Manager, Program Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development theories, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience leading complex projects from inception through completion.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and organizational development tools such as LMS, survey, and performance management systems; vendor management experience is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certification in organizational development, change management, or a related discipline.
