Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

Location: Ideally based in the Chicago area, with remote work available across the United States and Canada.

Salary: $97,600–$146,400 base salary annually, with potential additional earnings through bonuses and profit sharing.

What you will do

• Produce polished screen designs following UX and UI best practices.
• Create high-fidelity designs for enterprise applications within Agile sprints.
• Work with clients, present original design work, and participate in working sessions.
• Translate research outcomes, brand platforms, wireframes, and other deliverables into interface designs.
• Collaborate with design, client services, strategy, and technology disciplines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in an in-house product or design systems team, consultancy, or agency.
• Expert Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Variables, DevMode, and advanced prototyping.
• Strong UX/UI, visual design, typography, color, layout, and digital product experience skills.
• Experience leveraging design systems and adapting desktop designs for tablet and mobile screens.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility requirements, responsive design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating varied UX/UI work is required.
