Senior Product Designer, UI (AI)

Location: Virtual, United States; applicants must reside in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. Occasional travel to a physical office may be required. Applicants must have US citizenship and work authorization that does not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: USD 103,000–120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for strategic product initiatives within an AI-enabled product development lifecycle.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and product requirements into experience frameworks, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Enablement, Research, and Content teams to shape product strategy and ensure technical feasibility and design fidelity.
• Own and evolve the design system, including reusable UI components and interaction patterns for human- and AI-generated experiences.
• Review AI-generated designs, establish quality controls, and maintain human oversight across ideation, research, prototyping, and delivery.
• Lead design critiques, set quality standards, and coach team members on human- and AI-assisted design methods.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Design, Figma Make, Figma Design Agent, or similar AI design tools.
• Experience designing and delivering product experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and typography.
• Experience building and scaling design systems, governance processes, and design-to-development handoffs.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency, including variables, auto-layout, advanced prototyping, and complex component libraries.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and React; experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
