Senior Experience Designer (US) (AI)

Compensation: $90,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in redefining user experiences through user insights, technology, and strategic design.
• Integrate AI and generative tools into design workflows to improve creativity, efficiency, and platform outcomes.
• Use data and research findings to optimize user interactions and drive performance-focused design.
• Partner with creative and account leads to shape design strategy and represent the design perspective in client conversations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through feedback, direction, and hands-on coaching.
• Manage workload, project scope, and timelines to deliver design work on schedule.

Requirements

• Extensive UX design experience, including leading projects end-to-end and mentoring other designers.
• Ability to create effective, user-centric solutions that improve platform performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and auto layout.
• Fluency with AI-enhanced design workflows and data-driven design methods.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and curiosity about emerging design technologies.
• Deep understanding of atomic design principles and scalable design systems; bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable, Confluence, Jira, and Principle.
