Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles or remote in the United States

Salary: $145,000–$196,000 annual base salary for the Playa Vista, California location; compensation may vary by experience, education, and geographic location.

hirify.global is building an AI-focused commercial real estate marketplace for discovering, evaluating, and closing deals.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery and user flows through interaction design, prototyping, and launch.
• Lead independent design work streams and partner with Product and Engineering to ship usable, high-quality experiences.
• Evolve the component library, design tokens, and patterns while keeping design and code aligned.
• Interview brokers, investors, owners, and tenants; conduct usability testing and apply evidence-based findings.
• Define success metrics and design for activation, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Prototype and evaluate AI-enabled product experiences, collaborating with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or marketplace products, with a portfolio of shipped end-to-end work.
• Experience designing complex, data-dense products such as search, maps, dashboards, or workflow tools.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping skills in Figma.
• Ability to read and reason about front-end implementation and collaborate fluently with engineers on technical products.
• Understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations, plus experience designing to WCAG accessibility standards.
• Ability to independently own ambiguous, high-impact problems and conduct discovery and usability research.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate technology, maps, marketplaces, platforms, or other data-driven products.
• Experience designing AI or agentic product experiences in production.
• Front-end skills in HTML, CSS, or React.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
