Senior Project Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead multiple large, high-risk, mission-critical enterprise projects across the full lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate project scope, schedules, dependencies, resources, costs, and financial forecasts.
• Build high-performing cross-functional IT and business teams and maintain customer relationships.
• Facilitate requirements, project charters, status meetings, testing approaches, integration testing, and UAT.
• Manage issues, change plans, vendors, procurement relationships, proposals, and RFPs through resolution.
• Contribute to PMO processes, project standards, and lessons-learned documentation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of project management or related professional experience, including progressively responsible leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time and on budget, leading cross-functional teams, and working within a formal PM methodology.
• Full software development lifecycle experience across multiple end-to-end projects.
• Experience with project financial management, organizational change management, facilitation, relationship building, and communication.
• Fluent English required for reading, writing, and speaking.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent certification or training.
• Experience with Clarity, Open Workbench, or MS Project.
• A second language relevant to the assigned country or region.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment.
