Project Manager (Facilities Engineering & Construction)

Location: Onsite in Sparks, Nevada, United States. Monday–Friday day shift.

hirify.global manufactures cylindrical lithium-ion cells for electric vehicles and develops large-scale battery manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Deliver facilities engineering and construction projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project scopes, resources, schedules, critical paths, recovery plans, and performance measurements.
• Track budgets, actual costs, forecasts, and recurring project cost reports.
• Control project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, design packages, and design change narratives.
• Lead project meetings and prepare construction reports covering status, issues, conflicts, and next actions.
• Perform risk management, document project needs with spreadsheets and process maps, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Engineering Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of construction management, project management, or related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data while managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Working-level English proficiency is required, along with valid authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
