Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; onsite at the Fibers manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, including the full maintenance organization during off-shift hours.
• Develop maintenance schedules, procedures, inspections, and equipment repair processes.
• Assign work through maintenance software, maintain databases, and create and close work orders.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with other departments to support facility operations.
• Mentor, develop, and monitor maintenance staff through feedback, meetings, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Improve equipment reliability, operating efficiency, uptime, yield, product quality, and safe equipment operation.

Requirements

• At least five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory experience and the ability to lead and manage a maintenance workforce.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, quality, scheduling, and carbon fiber manufacturing requirements.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, qualifying temporary resident, refugee, or person granted asylum.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
