What you will do

• Direct facility maintenance operations to support uninterrupted, safe, clean, and orderly production.
• Plan, schedule, assign, and oversee maintenance labor, shifts, work areas, and overtime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Facilities Engineering and Plant Production management.
• Establish, review, and improve planned preventive maintenance procedures for facility equipment.
• Verify maintenance work orders, reporting, inventory levels, tools, manuals, drawings, and procedures.
• Investigate accidents and near misses, conduct safety training, audit work quality, prepare monthly activity reports, and develop the annual maintenance budget projection.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts when required.
• Ability to conduct and participate in meetings and maintain a professional appearance.
• Physically and mentally capable of handling exerting or stressful situations.
• Must maintain a good performance and attendance record.
