Maintenance Specialist Staff (Manufacturing)

Location: US NC Fayetteville Plant; onsite plant operations.

What you will do

• Lead equipment modification and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and operating costs.
• Analyze equipment and product performance issues, identify unacceptable performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Support projects through cost estimating, budget preparation, justification, design review, installation, and commissioning.
• Research and evaluate equipment, systems, and technologies for plant maintenance and operations.
• Review maintenance strategies and collaborate across engineering, maintenance, operations, contractors, and external service providers.
• Support safe work execution and compliance with environmental, health, safety, regulatory, and site requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or 9+ years of experience working with multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance associates in lieu of a degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and welding applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, computerized layout systems, and database management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, team development, and project coordination skills.
