Supervisor Maintenance (Manufacturing)

Location: Tanner, Alabama, United States; full-time on-site role

What you will do

• Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to maintenance employees.
• Execute planned and scheduled maintenance operations within assigned areas.
• Promote safety plans, company policies, and performance expectations.
• Address performance issues and employee concerns promptly through regular shop-floor communication.
• Maintain organized, productive work areas and collaborate on department and company objectives.
• Support continuous operations through assigned duties and special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a two-year college degree is preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Practical understanding of industrial and maintenance principles, standards, methods, and practices.
• Knowledge of disciplined problem-solving and positive employee-relations practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, mature communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts or rotations and extensive hours in a fast-paced continuous-operations environment.
