Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work with regular travel to manufacturing sites and periodic international travel.

Compensation range: $204,400–$304,000 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to ISC leadership and translate business priorities into people strategies.
  • Lead HR support for multi-site manufacturing operations, partnering with plant leaders and local HR teams.
  • Develop workforce planning, succession, talent movement, and capability strategies.
  • Lead organization design, restructuring, integration, footprint optimization, and change management initiatives.
  • Coach leaders on performance, engagement, retention, culture, and employee experience.
  • Guide employee and labor relations while implementing scalable HR processes and analytics-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, industrial or labor relations, organizational development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations and geographically dispersed HR teams.
  • Strong knowledge of employee and labor relations, compliance, organizational design, change management, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Strong business, financial, analytical, communication, negotiation, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to manufacturing sites and periodically internationally.
