Delivery Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite in Fremont, California, USA

Annual salary: $140,000–$170,000 for California

What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution for contracted projects from 70% handoff through fulfillment completion.
• Represent Supply Chain in project handoff reviews and align delivery plans with contractual and commercial commitments.
• Maintain project planning, allocations, master data, and data flows in Anaplan and connected ERP systems.
• Drive supplier On-Time Shipment performance and project On-Time Delivery results.
• Coordinate Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Engineering, NPI, Project Management, and Project Operations teams.
• Identify delivery risks and lead mitigation, escalation resolution, and lean process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations within manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain execution for complex projects.
• Strong expertise in planning systems, preferably Anaplan, and ERP platforms, plus advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with supplier performance, project delivery metrics, BOMs, NPI processes, lead times, supply-and-demand alignment, and logistics coordination.
• Understanding of Incoterms, contractual delivery conditions, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and risk resolution.
