Associate Director, Delivery Services (Digital Marketing)

Location: Ideally based in Chicago or the San Francisco Bay Area; remote locations across the U.S. and Canada are also accepted.

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually, with potential additional earnings through annual bonuses and profit sharing.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and coach delivery team members across multiple experience levels.
• Oversee digital and creative engagements from planning through execution, including scope, staffing, onboarding, budgets, invoices, and status reporting.
• Manage project burn, financial performance, delivery risks, and contractual requirements.
• Serve as a primary contact for client and internal stakeholders, leading business reviews and satisfaction assessments.
• Identify workflow, tool, and delivery-method improvements while supporting account growth strategies.
• Partner with operations, sales, and practice leaders to implement delivery initiatives and create documentation or training materials.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital project or account management; agency experience is preferred.
• Proven experience managing and developing people and teams.
• Experience estimating scope, managing budgets, monitoring project burn, and planning resources.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and creative production workflows.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, time-management, and autonomous working skills.
