Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, proposals, contracts, and client agreements.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams preparing engineering designs, reports, calculations, permitting documents, and presentations.
• Develop responses to RFQs, solicitations, and bond applications for utility district and public-sector clients.
• Present project progress and provide technical expertise at client, municipal, and board meetings.
• Maintain client, public agency, and community relationships while contributing to design standards and QA/QC practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• At least 7 years of experience managing water and wastewater projects from conception through completion.
• Strong knowledge of waterlines, storage tanks, pump stations, wastewater lines, lift stations, force mains, and treatment facilities.
• Proven leadership, mentorship, communication, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.
