Senior Water Wastewater Project Manager

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from development and initiation through close-out.
• Manage large multidisciplinary projects or medium-sized projects with a high degree of technical complexity.
• Coordinate several concurrent projects, staffing, workloads, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, production, and project review meetings.
• Lead deliverable development sessions with staff and stakeholders and implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise large project teams and mentor less-experienced Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of related experience, including a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Access.
