Industrial Coating Solutions develops equipment for the precise application and curing of powder coatings, liquid paint, adhesives, sealants, and food and beverage container production.
What you will do
- Manage assigned suppliers to support quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Execute purchasing activities according to sourcing strategies and supplier contracts.
- Maintain schedule agreements, supplier contracts, purchasing data, and reporting information.
- Monitor supplier performance and support corrective actions, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate Engineering Change Orders and support new product introductions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve material, delivery, and quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or a related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or procurement required.
- Working knowledge of purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain fundamentals.
- Ability to negotiate within established parameters and interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts.
