Production Buyer II (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, United States (Hybrid). Minimal travel required, less than 10%.

Salary: $68,099.09–$102,148.63 USD base salary annually, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and benefits for regular employees working 20+ hours per week.

What you will do

• Review requisitions and coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning, and engineering teams.
• Process requisitions, purchase orders, order changes, and supplier requests for quotation.
• Maintain ERP and supply chain data, including bills of material, part numbers, commodity information, and supplier records.
• Perform cost analysis, volume planning, pricing analysis, and product availability reviews for assigned commodities.
• Develop supply sources, evaluate alternative suppliers, and recommend make-versus-buy and cost-saving strategies.
• Work with suppliers and Quality Assurance to resolve quality, delivery, and performance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or a related function preferred.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or supply chain management systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and supporting manufacturing operations preferred.
