National Project Manager (Construction Segment)

Location: Remote position associated with Radnor, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Drive strategic “Mega” and other construction projects from pre-project planning through timely closure.
• Coordinate customer project teams, national account managers, regional commercial and operational teams, and support organizations.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, equipment, assets, inventory, jobsite setups, and closures.
• Develop relationships with customer project stakeholders, including project managers, purchasing, engineering, and supply chain personnel.
• Support technical selling and align hirify.global solutions such as jobsite skids, equipment, vending, and supply chain services with project needs.
• Collect data and manage Power BI databases while using Salesforce for customer, project, and opportunity management.

Requirements

• Remote work in the United States associated with the Radnor, PA office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of project management, construction, or related experience, including full project life-cycle management.
• Strong understanding of welding processes, procedures, supplies, and related practices.
• Ability to deliver projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong analytical skills and practical experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, or Excel.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, business administration, or a related field.
• PMP certification.
• Sales experience and operational understanding.
