Digital Consulting Senior Manager-Oracle HCM Solution Architect (Core HR) (Oracle HCM)

Location: Chicago, United States; flexible living locations in the U.S.; remote role with up to 50% travel

Salary: $165,000–$190,000 base salary per year. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive opportunity, is $189,750–$231,250 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable future-state system architectures and advise clients during transformation initiatives.
• Guide requirements analysis, solution design, integration strategy, data migration, testing oversight, and post-go-live optimization.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams and govern integrations across HCM, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Develop solution roadmaps, recommend process improvements, and advise senior stakeholders on system capabilities.
• Manage client engagements, contribute to pursuits and practice development, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6–10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 2–4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM solutions and the ability to work across HCM modules, integrations, data migration, testing, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience developing and growing others through coaching and leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and live in the United States.
