SAP Functional Architect Associate Director

Location: Hybrid role based in Los Angeles or New York City, with work in local offices and on client sites; local and out-of-state travel may be required.

Salary: $163,000–$278,000 annually, plus a 16% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $189,080–$322,480.

What you will do

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud solution implementations and architecture initiatives.
• Design SAP solutions for Finance and Operations, including Finance and Supply Chain functionality.
• Support client pursuits, develop proposals, demos, presentations, and vertical-based solutions.
• Lead client presentations and information-gathering sessions while advising executives and practice leaders.
• Build relationships with SAP, strategic clients, senior executives, and professional networks to identify new business.
• Oversee project work plans, mentor teams, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate delivery across teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and implementing SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud solutions.
• Experience with SAP solution design and key elements of SAP architecture.
• 9+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, or a related discipline.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, performance appraisals, and work review.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio and Access are additionally emphasized.

• SAP S/4HANA Sell Authorization, LOB Solution Consultant certification, or a similar professional certification.
