IT Solution Architect - SAP

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Must be able to work up to five days in the office if required and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire as necessary.

Salary: $133,450–$148,280 annually, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Design and implement SAP and enterprise technology solutions aligned with business goals, IT standards, security, scalability, usability, and total cost of ownership.
• Gather requirements, define solution visions and functional specifications, evaluate options, and create implementation roadmaps.
• Assess existing systems architecture and recommend upgrades, replacements, improvements, or decommissioning options.
• Communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders and collaborate with architects, engineers, development teams, and the PMO.
• Research emerging technologies, influence technology standards, and provide guidance on solution adoption.
• Report on architecture projects, product development, costs, budgets, and the business impact of technical decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT management, solution architecture, or a related information technology role.
• At least 1 year of SAP architecture experience; SAP S/4HANA or SAP RISE experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, API architecture, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
