SAP Functional Architect Senior Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Atlanta, or Dallas, with in-person work in hirify.global offices and on client sites; local or out-of-state travel may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $137,000–$219,000 annually, plus a 14% bonus target. Estimated total cash compensation: $156,180–$249,660.

What you will do

• Lead and implement SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud solutions.
• Design SAP solution architectures and provide functional guidance across Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Support client pursuits, solution sales, presentations, information-gathering sessions, and development of additional client opportunities.
• Develop vertical demonstrations, delivery frameworks, thought leadership materials, and reusable solution artifacts.
• Manage complex SAP projects involving Business, IT, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and evaluate teams while overseeing project work plans and delivery quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations and designing SAP architectures.
• Experience with complex cross-functional SAP projects and direct team supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio and Access are useful.
• Ability to work in the United States in the stated hybrid locations; hirify.global does not employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA sales authorization, LOB Solution Consultant certification, or a similar credential.
• Experience with SAP alliance and licensing activities.
