Transformation - Oracle Solution Architect

Location: Hybrid, with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site in the United States. Available locations include Chicago, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Kansas City, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Southfield, and Philadelphia. Travel may be required, up to 40%.

Salary: $169,280–$226,412 per year, with potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support full lifecycle Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud Applications implementations across planning, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
• Document business requirements, system designs, transformational goals, process designs, and support procedures.
• Configure Oracle applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Develop training materials and deliver training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and help define future-state processes aligned with client business objectives.
• Meet utilization targets and contribute to complex, time-sensitive client projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum four years of related experience in a consulting practice or similar function serving cross-industry clients nationally.
• At least four full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP or similar applications.
• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Applications, including exposure to Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Experience with application integration, backend data connectivity, software development lifecycles, technical documentation, client meetings, and complex project delivery.

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications.
