Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and execute high-level strategic business objectives to support growth across three key business units.
• Implement proactive compliance risk identification and monitoring functions in accordance with OIG guidance.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses and generate summary reports to support compliance programs.
• Create innovative and informative training materials on various compliance and privacy topics.
• Maintain peripheral databases and trackers to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with senior management and the Board of Directors to report compliance gaps and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience (Master’s or JD preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of business experience, including 6 years of healthcare compliance experience specifically in a clinical laboratory.
• Deep working knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws, including AKS, Stark, CMP, and Exclusion Authority.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and project management skills.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Certification in Compliance from HCCA (CHC Certification).
• Advanced experience in data analysis, data mining, and medical coding.
• Experience using AI for analytical and risk analysis.
