Warehouse Supervisor (Marine Manufacturing)

Location: Old Lyme, Connecticut, United States; onsite. Day shift schedule: Monday through Thursday, starting at 4:30 pm. Travel required: 0–10%.

Salary: $70,000–$78,000 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate warehouse personnel scheduling and staffing across multiple operational priorities.
• Release, sort, and prioritize work while ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Support shipping, receiving, picking, packing, transfers, sanitation, safety, and maintenance activities.
• Recommend improvements to warehouse productivity and accuracy and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate facility, equipment, supply, and IT issue management with warehouse leadership.
• Train, coach, and manage employee performance, timekeeping, development, appraisals, promotions, and escalated issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Ability to multitask, delegate responsibilities, and oversee multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience with mediation, conflict resolution, and related documentation.
• Flexible schedule and excellent attendance.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• 2–4 years of warehouse supervision experience.
• Forklift and other material-handling equipment experience.
• Word, Excel, email, and AS400 experience.
• Fleet management, Hazmat, and team supervision experience.
