Air Export Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Peabody, Massachusetts, USA; onsite warehouse role

Base pay: $55,000–$75,000 per year, eligible for bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise, coach, onboard, and develop permanent and contingent warehouse staff.
• Plan staffing, certifications, workload allocation, and operational coverage, including night-shift coverage when required.
• Execute warehouse procedures, operational standards, safety requirements, compliance controls, and KPI expectations.
• Oversee inventory, over/short/damage, process, and customer exceptions, as well as process and security audits.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe facility and ensure equipment remains operational and properly maintained.
• Support budgeting, customer transitions, continuous improvement, and safety, quality, delivery, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Four years of industry-specific knowledge.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership background, initiative, autonomy, and openness to feedback.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluent English required; onsite work in Peabody, Massachusetts.
