Industrial Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States, supporting the Oregon/Southwest Washington region and clients in the Southeast.

Compensation: $122,304–$174,720 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate single- and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project development, execution, and close-out.
• Manage complex small-to-medium projects and routine large projects, including multiple concurrent assignments.
• Define and monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, workload, and deliverables.
• Maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, proposal, contractual, design, production, and project review meetings.
• Coordinate deliverable development with staff and stakeholders and adjust work effort to meet agreed project parameters.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and collaborate with accounting, operations, and business leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position’s location, such as a PE or P.Eng.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
• Demonstrated leadership, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting industrial clients or managing engineering projects.
