Manufacturing Systems Analyst (ERP/MES)

What you will do

• Maintain ERP standards for bills of material, labor and equipment standards, resource scheduling, costing, planning, and manufacturing execution.
• Maintain routing instructions and coordinate change management updates.
• Provide technical support, investigations, reporting, capacity analysis, and inventory management for ERP and related systems.
• Develop bills of materials, process routings, and part-number configurations while balancing safety, cost, quality, delivery, and inventory requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and support continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Develop system enhancements that reduce manual work and improve data integrity.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• A four-year bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and MES platforms such as Velocity or Apriso is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of database administration, object-oriented design and programming, systems analysis, data analysis, programming, and debugging.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of VBA.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, qualifying temporary resident, refugee, or person granted asylum.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint.
